Salary Range: $28,512.00 BZE plus commission opportunity, benefits, vacation time
The Personal Finance Officer collaborates with the Sales Lead in establishing the successful
launch of new products and services as developed under the Executive Advance portfolio to
meet the needs of existing and new Quick Stop customers. The Personal Finance Officer
additionally is responsible for managing the sales of all Executive Advance products and
services to ensure consistent profitable growth in sales/loans revenues through effective and
efficient planning and customer satisfaction based on quality of service delivered. The
position requires travel to meet with prospective and existing clients on a regular basis. This
is a full‐time position with remuneration based on a minimum salary plus commission earned.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Effectively and efficiently plan the sales visits with potential business leads and
individual customers target market specific to San Pedro and Caye Caulker areas
2. Launch new products & services that have been previously designed, vetted and
approved by management
3. Meet with Potential ‘Secure Instalment’ Loan Employers and set up Salary Deduction
Agreements
4. Make on site visits to potential clients and process/issue loans
5. Prepare Sales Report
6. Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person made by
customer base
7. Generate, contact, and track progress on potential individual customer and business
leads
8. Perform outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
9. Ensure accurate customer records are kept and filed according to standard operating
procedures
10. Assist SL and leadership team in monitoring competitors, market conditions and product
development
11. Assist SL and leadership team in conducting market survey and research that may be
necessary for feasibility study of a New Product
12. Market Executive Advance products and services via social media and face to face
interaction
13. Any other duties assigned from time to time
Professional Qualification Requirements:

Education
- A minimum of Associate’s Degree in Business (Honour Roll) from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales in a similar industry.(Equivalent combination of education with work experience will be considered.)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Driver’s License
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent language and communication skills – spoken and written English. Being bilingual is
- a plus

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

this job, the employee is required to move about in an office environment as well as working outside the
office environment for extended periods of time. The position requires eye‐hand coordination and
manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.

to others. The incumbent will be required to travel on the job.
Working Environment:
The Personal Finance Officer will be equipped with standard office equipment (e.g. desk, computer,
printer, calculator, etc.). The office area will be at an average temperature and will have a low to moderate
noise level. This position would be stationed indoors for approximately 30% of the time and outdoors for
approximately 70% of time for business or travel purposes. The Officer is required to work a
minimum of 40 hours per week; and many times he/she will be required to work outside of regular office
hours to complete tasks in specified time frame.
