The People Operations Analyst will support the organization’s People Operations functions by ensuring efficient execution of employee-related processes, maintaining accurate data, and providing insights to improve People Ops performance. This role will focus on optimizing employee experience through policy and data analysis, process improvements, and system administration.
Primary duties and responsibilities:

Policy Analysis:
- Analyze People Operations policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness and compliance.

Data Driven Analysis:
- Conduct research and analysis using analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights in:
- Employee engagement
- Employee turnover
- Employee performance
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve HR strategies and decision-making.

Technology Integration:
- Utilize technology tools, including A.I. solutions, to:
- Update and automate People Operations policies and communications.
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy through self-service tools for the team.
- Analyze existing People Ops processes and workflows to recommend technological improvements.
- Use A.I. tools and desktop publishing software to create engaging content for People Operations communications (e.g., employee updates and highlights).
- Utilize technology tools, including A.I. solutions, to:

Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Support initiatives and company activities aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement, including:
- Surveys and feedback analysis.
- Assist in planning and executing onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Act as a resource for employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to queries and emails in various mailboxes.
- Support initiatives and company activities aimed at improving employee satisfaction and engagement, including:

People Ops Data Management & Reporting:
- Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems (e.g., Neopeople).
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on:
- Employee data
- Headcount
- Turnover
- Attendance
- Other key KPIs
- Maintain team members' records, files, and other department materials according to established methods and procedures.
Administrative
- Prepare purchase requests for the People Operations Department.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for international trips.
- Review, approve, and process employee cash advance requests.
- Manage petty cash and prepare reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain building access, branch codes, and keys, including:
- Keeping user rights logs updated
- Issuing biometric access.
- Ensure all social security and insurance claim forms are received and processed on time.
- Assist in responding to queries on social security, insurance, and leaves promptly.
- Prepare and issue required letters to team members (e.g., job letters, job offers, salary changes).
- Prepare and distribute monthly department meeting minutes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, data analysis or a related role
- Experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
(Equivalent combination of education with work experience will be considered.)
Knowledge/Skills

Working Environment:
The People Operations Analyst will be equipped with standard office equipment.
The People Operations Analyst is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday; and at times he/she will be required to work outside of regular office hours to attend to various company events or to complete tasks within a timeframe.
