The Executive Assistant (EA) provides comprehensive, high- trust support to the Chief Executive Officer of CRNCY Group.  The role covers business and personal matters, corporate administration, and day-to-day management of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and affairs.    The EA is crucial in ensuring the CEO's organization and efficiency, maintaining the firm's affairs, upholding commitments, and ensuring general discipline.

Primary duties and responsibilities:
 Administrative Support

     Manages the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.

     Serves as the primary point of contact for urgent matters in the CEO’s absence.

     Ensures constant attentiveness and responsiveness to communications, promptly notifying the CEO of any unavailability exceeding 15 minutes.

     Ensures timely submission of reports to the CEO, facilitating review and feedback.

     Proactively follows up on matters on behalf of the CEO.

     Monitors and tracks action items and reports on missed deadlines.

     Conducts and manages special projects and assignments with meticulous attention to detail and timely follow-up.

     Records minutes for all management meetings and one-on-ones and maintains institutional memory across recurring matters.

     Tracks deadlines and monitors the status of all meeting-related tasks.

     Ensures timely follow-up on pre- and post-meeting action items.

     Ensures timely distribution of meeting materials as per agreed deadlines.

     Ensures corporate offices maintain expected appearance standards.

     Manages the execution of the maintenance list.

     Manages the CEO's personal bills, procurement, and related administrative matters

 Other Support

     Handles routine correspondence with registered agents, attorneys, and other corporate service providers.

     Prepares and submits bank account applications and periodic KYC/ Due Diligence updates for CRNCY Group entities and related parties, working directly with relationship managers at banks.

     Coordinates with the Corporate team on document collection, notarization, and courier logistics required to support corporate filings and bank onboarding

     Ensures the control, protection, and security of all classified and private information, operations, and property from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, or loss.

     Recognize partners, service providers, and friends with mementos

Education

   Bachelor’s Degree: a Degree in STEM is preferred.

  Minimum 3.5 G.P.A.

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a support role to senior management. 
  • Prior exposure to corporate secretarial matters, registered agent coordination, and bank account onboarding/KYC is a strong advantage

Technical & Regulatory Skills

      Technologically savvy.

     Working knowledge of Company Law and basic corporate governance concepts

     Comfortable learning and using digital tools for scheduling, task tracking, and secure documents handling.
